Since the onset of COVID , I haven't been doing much of the restaurant circuit. Tonight on good advice we ordered Polish food from a little Bistro very close to home. I've been hankering for schnitzel for months  and Guelph no longer has any German or related dining spots. So last we had a great schnitzel meal it was in the Conestogo  area. Now the Polish make schnitzel with pork evidently  that was a surprise.  Not that it was any less delicious. Served up with choice of salads and mashed taters! Everything made from scratch. I love ❤️ that  don't you? They sell Polish beers if you're so inclined and have a few deserts to mull over. Don't skip them if you have room. So yummy. I had Apple crumble 🎂 cake.
